A home host is a person with a big heart who is willing to offer up a couch, a bed, or a room for a week or more to a trans person in our community experiencing homelessness.
TAP Virginia is a completely volunteer-run organization, which extends to its Board of Directors. We have a wonderful community of volunteers with that is continually growing and we would love to meet you! We hold monthly meetings, and our volunteers assist with everything from our client programs to community outreach along with participating in our many events and gatherings.

We accept frozen and canned goods, other nonperishable items, and new or gently-used clothing from individuals and companies as donations to our food bank and clothing swap. Please email us with "Local Donations" as the subject header and we will be happy to arrange a pickup!
